Delay

Stops the flow for a set time — seconds, minutes or hours — then continues with the next step.

When to use it

• A short pause between messages, so the person has time to read the previous one.
• Serve material in parts: a video now, a question about it a few minutes later.

Good to know

While the pause lasts, the person can use the bot: tap other buttons, run commands. When the time is up, the flow continues where it stopped — even if the person is in another part of the bot by then.
