How to set it up

• To — audiences of visitors (empty — everyone) or your channels.
• Message — the text and picture each recipient gets. Or "Turn into a flow": each gets a whole internal flow then, and it sees the variables of the conversation that fired the announcement.

A channel gets the flow's first step as its post: a message or an article with buttons. Each button opens the bot at its own step. The variables of the conversation that fired the announcement work in the post.

The announcement goes out in the background and shows up in broadcasts with its stats.
