A message with a menu under the input field: the buttons stand in for the phone keyboard, and the person taps them like quick replies.

When to use it

• A standing main menu: "Catalog", "Cart", "Contacts".
• Ready answers instead of typing.

The menu stays under the input field until another reply keyboard replaces it with its own, or a "Remove keyboard" step takes it away.
